What you can return

Items bought with a final-sale code can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to return
- Email us at latefajarvis25@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you’re returning.
- We’ll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label. A $7 label fee is deducted from refunds; exchanges are free.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and drop the parcel off within 7 days.
Exchanges
Need a different shoe size or colour? Tell us what you’d like when you start your return. If it’s in stock we’ll reserve it and ship it as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded unless the item was damaged, faulty or sent in error.
