Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Orders are packed within 1–2 business days, so contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll update it.
Do you have promo codes?
Subscribers get early access to drops and occasional codes. Sign up at the bottom of any page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How do I choose products for my hair type?
Every product page lists the hair types and concerns it’s made for, and the Hair page lets you filter by both. If you’re unsure, message us a description of your hair and routine and we’ll suggest a starting point.
Are your products safe for colour-treated or relaxed hair?
Yes. Our washes are sulfate free and the Blush Bond Serum is made for chemically processed hair. Always patch test if you have sensitive skin.
How long do the Body Wave Bundles last?
With gentle washing, a satin bonnet at night and limited heat, 12 months or longer. They’re 100% virgin human hair and can be coloured by a professional.

How do your shoes fit?
Most styles fit true to US women’s sizing. Any exceptions are noted under “Materials and fit” on the product page. If you’re between sizes, size up for heels and down for loafers.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are free within 30 days as long as the shoes are unworn and in their original box. Start one from the returns page.
How should I care for patent and suede?
Wipe patent with a soft damp cloth. Brush suede with a suede brush and treat it with a protector spray before first wear. Store shoes in their dust bags, away from direct sun.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days, express 2–3 and overnight the next business day. See shipping for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States. Join the newsletter to hear when that changes.
What can I return?
Unworn shoes and unopened hair care within 30 days. Extensions and closures can be returned only if unopened with the seal intact. Full details are on the returns page.
